BITCOIN FROM ATMs?
You can get Bitcoin at 1,600 ATMs
CBS Moneywatch was looking at the more and more common phenomenon of Bitcoin ATMs. According to data from September 2017, there are nearly 1,600 Bitcoin ATMs, out of which 900 are in the United States and about 700 ATMs in other countries around the world.
Most users use these ATMs to convert cash to Bitcoin and use it for buying products online or send money. But some of the Bitcoin ATMs also make it possible for the user to convert Bitcoin into cash digitally or physically.
In 2014 Bitcoin ATMs practically did not exist, and by now this term has started to become a household word even with users less familiar with crypto-currencies.
